I've been watching The Biggest Loser since the very first season and I've noticed that the second week is supposed to be one of the toughest weeks.
They would either only lose 1-2 pounds or even gain a pound.
Why is that??? That's what happened to me.
week 1: -1 pound
total loss: -9 pounds
total loss: -9 pounds
I only lost a pound and I'm soooo upset.
I'm really hoping for 5-6 next week.
